can it be quashed in high court and can police file a charge sheet when autopsy is unable to opine for cause of death however there is no evidence of injury or poisoning in PM

You made two questions at a time in one question, "Can police file a charge sheet," & "can it be quashed in high court".

The questions in themselves are not only contradictory but is also premature. When police has not filed any charge sheet, where does the question quashing it arises?

Better discuss the case history in a proper manner for appropriate opinion.

Rightly analysed by Mr. Jigyasu. Please discuss the case clearly, rather than putting a riddle.

Vague contradictory post by Mr. Rajendra K Goyal to unduly maintain his top position in the hall of fame without suggesting any solution.. On one hand he says, no reply, but still replies the query, but with vague post. If he does not want to reply query of anonymous person, who has compelled him to reply?

Have you asked about any Hall of Fame...................?

Here comes a fake expert Mr. Kumar Doab (a fictitious name) with no identity and no place of his location to make 3 vague posts, as of a race towards top of hall of fame at LCI without providing any solution! Who compelled Mr. Kumar Doab to reply AQ?

When decided not to reply, why replied AQ by him?
