False case of sexual harassment

In the event a false case of sexual harassment have been filed against a company management, who is the ultimate authority to determine that the complaint is false?
If complainant have involved media, with the goal of defaming a company, what is the fastest way for an innocent accused to reclaim back its fame?

Whether the complaint is true or false shall be decided by the court.. currently you can defend strongly with the help of a good lawyer.

No what I am seeking is an out of court solution. Court resolving takes a lot of time. In event there is an allegation to defame isn't there a way of clearing the company's name faster?

Besides the analyses and opinion of experts, which I agree, prima facie your query and authorship (Aambedcar) is hypothetical, false and fake.

Discuss with your lawyer, if there is some "truth or substance" in the story; otherwise your tutor would be the best person to guide you properly.

However, it is absurd to post such question paper on this platform.
