False case upon me and my family

Respected Sir,
As I got married in 2009 and my wife's sister has got some affair with some person and her husband got to know the same and he filed a divorce petition upon her...

Now my wife wants her sister and her 1yr baby to keep with us...for the same my family members rejected coz of so many issues...

Putting this in mind my wife with the influence of her parents she filed a false 498A case upon me and my family...

With that I tried to talk her parents and to my wife several times but they warned me that they will see my end..

So I filed divorce petition upon my wife

Now very recently she also filed a DVC case upon me and my family....

I am not in a position to understand how to deal with those cases and also I want to make prove that am innocent...

Please suggest me how to proceed further in this situation... As my parents are old and I am responsible person to takecare of my brother and sister studies and my parents expenses...

How can I avoid DVC to my wife

My wife is well educated and her parents both are central government employees and my wife also worked before marriage.

So please suggest me that can I avoid DVC by showing any of the reasons above

When you have not committed any offence, why are you afraid of. Face it and prove in the court of law that your are innocent. Any how, now the matter/case is before the court and Case and counter-cases have been filed. Therefore, only two options are left (1) Try to convince your wife (2) Prove in the court that you are innocent and the case leveled against you is ulterior motive.

It seems that the relation has gone to irrevocable state of affairs.

Engage a lawyer and defend yourself in all the cases against you. Filing divorce case is the invitation of DV and 498 cases.

Sir as at first she approached to our area PS and said that myself and my harassing her...

There she wrote in writing stating that she will come with me but she didn't come and again she approached women station and there she said that she want divorce... There the police asked to asked about money matters and settle the issue...as per there advice we signed a mutual agreement willing for divorce and after that she didn't responded for applying for mutual divorce

With that I filed divorce case and now again she filed under 498A and DVC
