sir my eldest brother has done Fir on us in 2011 on me and my two younger brother. we are on bail fir was related to forged document. on 7 /10/2013 my mother expired who was living at my younger brothers residence. my eldest brother wife came and we did not allowed her to enter in our house. my elder brother is legally disowned by my mother. on 22/10/2013 he gave a compliant in police that they have fractured my leg against all those who are on bail. with a report of private doctor dated 9/10/2013. now police is working under some political pressure and his aim is to lodge fir and cancel our bail application.
Can police register an fir ? is it not a case u/s 182ipc? if fir is registered can our bail be cancelled?

The bail can not be cancelled without filing bail cancellation petition before court. no need to worry, if you think that FIR can be lodge against you or your brothers then file another AB application before court.
