false checque bounce case

Sir, I am in middle of divovrce case against my wife.But now she had filed a cheque bounce case against with the help of her friend on her friends name. since i was in travelling job therefor i used to keep one singed blank at home for any emergency need, which see took when leaving my house and she is now using that checque against me she has filled an amount of 3 laks in the cheque on her friends name which got dishonoured by bank and her friend field a complaint against me for cheque dishonour case. now what can i do please help me I will be very thank full to you.

Did you get any notice? What does the notice say? Did you reply to the notice? If you have already replied what did you reply?

if the process is issued, you have to appear in the court. But you can contest and get out of is since no legal liability.

yer one notice has been recived by lawer which says that about 3 lakhs cheque bounce. I have not replied yet. The court has also issued one bailable warrent against me. what should i do next.

the cheque is only signed by me but the payee name and amount is not writen by be this can help me??????????

This is a very serious offences filed by your wife.
It's totally wrong.
Well,you have to disprove the facts in 138 case for that better consult a good advocate who having expertise in cheque bounce case.
You said that ," i used to keep one singed blank at home for any emergency need"
so, you have to prove in the court that this cheque is misused by my wife and used by her friend.
Told her friend that if i will be punish then i will also take legal action against you.File defamation case against your wife and friend and also take some evidence on that line i mean take a mobile voice recording ,or video recording etc. to prove your case.

that cheque has been misused in collusion of
your wife by her complainant friend whom you owe nothing.
