False criminal case

Dear sir,
A False case under section 420 , 120b and 406 is filed against me in magistrate court can I go to jail if I do not attend the hearing dates called by the honourable court when it is for sure from my end that the one who has complained against me has no evidence to prove the case against me under the said section of IPC I am an innocent man and I am shocked on the fact that I stay in small town and a case against me is filed in a magistrate court in a city

You are bound to attend the proceeding against you, failing which the Court shall issue warrants (bailable, non-bailable, attachment and/or look out etc.etc.) against you.
Have you been admitted in bail ?
Whether the case is false (as stated by you) or true is to be decided by the Court, isn't it ?
Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents, guidance and proceeding.

As has been rightly advised by learned friend Dr.Vashista, you may better defend the casr through a good local lawyer. It is not for you to decide as to whether the complainant has evidence or not but for the court during trial. If you do not have resources to engage a lawyer, you may try for free legal aid from the Legal Service Authority/Committee available at every Court.

420/406 IPC are non bailable sections, so u need to attend the court and also u will have to apply for bail. If u do not attend the proceedings and court satisfied that u r a deliberate delinquent, u will be sent to the Jail. Don't assume, let the case be decided by the court
