False criminal complaint

I was a witness for a transaction of share purchase.
The seller who was my friend has filed a complaint against the buyer and has included my name in the accused list and filed a false complaint, as i refused to join him in the case he filed against the buyer.
He has bribed the police, who have gone ahead and charge sheeted in court and harrasing me and threatening me to arrest.
the sections are 403, 420, 467, 468, 474, 120 (B)of IPC.
I am in need of good advice before i go to my lawyer.

Can U elaborate how a witness to a transaction has become an accused?

There was a share purchase agreement, then the share transfer form, and share certificate itself.added to that there was a GPA assigned to the buyer by seller. (my crooked friend is the seller)
I was the witness in all the documents, I refused to file a false complaint against the buyer, he did so and also added my name as one of the accused.
He accuses the buyer, me and even the auditor who conducted the due diligence have all colluded and forged his signatures.

I have engaged good lawyers, but I believe that many minds open up new ways and solutions for the same problem.
I am exploring that.the cases are registered under 120B, 403, 420, 467, 468,474 of IPC.
Please shed light, so that i can extricate myself from this complaint.
