Good Evening Sir, My wife stayed with me only five days and she quarreled with me and with my family members and she left my house and she kept false 498a case on me and on my family members I came on bail and my family members got Anticipatory Bail and I/O had submitted Charge Sheet just one week back ( Sir, here iam keeping the statement of my wife’s complaint how she stated )
My marriage was consummated. At the time of Marriage.my father gave a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in cash, gold 9.tula's, Hero Honda
two wheeler and household articles and spent a sum of Rs.4,lakhs as marriage
dinner expenses and altogether spent a sum of Rs.14,00,000/ Further state after
marriage I stayed with my husband in his house and I was unable to stay with my husband hardly 20 days. my husband and in-laws harassed me mentally and physically and daily abuse me in filthy language for bringing more down in order to complete the house construction. As i was unable to bare torture I was approached my parents and sought their help to lead peaceful life with my husband. And parents observed grievous hurt and wounds on my body, enquired my husband and in-laws and temporarily settled the matter.
On 05/12/2012 on the advice of police, my husband took to his house and beaten me in front of his house at . My husband put me out of the house on the same night he given false case in police station. He tried to kill, me and thrown me out of his house on the advice of loca! elders. We put separate house where my husband several times attacked on me and tried to kill me. I state that my husband and in-laws did not permit me to live happily even one day. The faher in law mother in law, sister in laws my husband’s brother want to send me out of the house and get another marriage to my husband in order to get dowry for the second time.
Sir, my query is that she stayed only continuously five days with me and after two years she made false case on me and on my family members and actually we did not harassed and not demanded dowry and by herself only she left my house sir they are from financially rich if they bring any false evidence so in that case if I say to court that her evidence is false then the court will conduct an enquiry on her evidence or not. Sir, why iam asking these information means iam from middle class family before appointing any lawyer I want to know minimum information and waiting for you valuable information. And I request you please not to display her complaint version on net since case is going to be on trial shortly……

After going through in details of your query, I also find it a fit case wherein the petition under section 482 Criminal Procedure Code should be filed before High court. You can even obtain the services of Free Legal Aid keeping in view your financial circumstances.
