False. FIR

(Querist) 08 October 2014 This query is : Resolved
There has been a false FIR issued against me under the IPC act 498a, I do know how an FIR can proceed without any authentic evidence. And what can we do for justice.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 08 October 2014
fist seek bail of all those listed in FIR.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 08 October 2014
Proceed for bail. Consult local lawyer. You have to prove falseness in the court during trial.
Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 08 October 2014
FIR is only First information report and after registration of FIR the police will investigate the matter and try to collect evidences, if police got the relevant evidence in support of FIR then the police may take further steps as per law otherwise file a B report/Final Report.
ajay sethi (Expert) 08 October 2014

malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 10 October 2014
