1. Kindly advice whether counter GD with supporting documents against false GD sufficient to file 156(3) in case inaction of police.

2. Kindly advice if sec 182 mentioned in the subject line along with other approprite provisions of the IPC in the complaint letter can police escape it as non-cognizable offence?

182 is applicable in non-cognizable offences. But only Police officer can file it.

And counter GD if depicts some sognizable offence can be led to 156(3).
