False land deed

sir, i purchased a land in yr.1986 & from that period i always have the full possession over that land,L.R is in our favor,Mutation is in our favor,and all the land revenue are up to date.the seller who sold the land purchased that land in yr.1984.
now the problem is that, the seller who sold us that land had purchased that land with false deed from original owner.
sir,
any high court & supreme court decision in favor of second Purchaser.

If Original sleep for over 27years , he cannot get anything now.
Did he filed suit for the suit premises??

Your sell deed cannot be challenged after a long period of 26-28 years.

The further information we are giving you
case History
1) we purchased Land in Yr.1986 from Smt. M.Paul D/o. N.Dutta at that time She just got married.
2)Smt.M. Paul purchased that land in yr.1984 from har elder brother Mr.S.Dutta S/o.N.Dutta at that time she was unmarried
3)S. Dutta purchased that Land in Yr.1974 at that time he was minor.
4)S.Dutta lodged a complaint(FIR) in the police Station regarding the land- He stated that Deed of Land in yr.1984 is false.As per him he never sold that land to Smt.M.Paul. he has lodged the complaint against both Smt. M. Paul & me under C.P.C section 154- I.P.C code section 420/468/47/472 Dt.12.03.2012.
5)as i mentioned i have the possession over that Land since the time of purchase
6)Note that witness in deed 1984 & 1986 Mr. N.Dutta father of Smt. M.Paul & Mr. S.Dutta.
7)Witness Mr. N.Dutta died in yr.2011.
8)I got the bail for above police case & the investigation is going on.
Sir Please us the Guideline regarding this matter.

you have been in poseesion of premises for last 27 years . what was Mr dutta doing for 26 years . ?it appears to be an inter family dispute between brother and sister or both have joined hands to defraud you .
when was complaint lodged ? has eh explainred the long delay?

You can go for plea of adverse possession also,the matter of similar type is discussed in
