Hi Team, I am falsely accused in IPC 498a, 504, 506(2), 114 and DP act 3 and 7. Recently received a police notice of appearing before the Magistrate. Kindly guide me for the below queries.
1) how can I apply for bail for myself and Family (mother and sister)?
2) What docs do I need to produce?
3) what would be the surety bond amount?
I have read the FIR and which the Complainant (my wife) mentions she is living with her father for almost 15 months. She has lodged the FIR as a counter-blow to my legal notice which i sent to her. Also let me know the procedure as to where to apply for the Bail. I intend to do it myself without the help of the lawyer.

You have to apply bail in the court under Jurisdiction of which the concerned police station falls where the FIR is registered.
For anticipatory bail may approach concerned session court having jurisdiction.

My wife has deserted me and refusing to come back. At such I sent her a legal notice and she lodged the FIR as a counter-blow to the notice. all the charges are false, utter lies.

Any legal initiation from husband result in such counters.
In such matrimonial disputes, husband is victim of woman terrorism inmost of the cases.
Discuss in detail with local lawyer, if you are able to get anticipatory bail, morals of other party is effected.
Meanwhile may try for amicable settlement.

Let the police do their job in investigating the matter. It is unlikely that anything adverse will happen if the charges are really false. The Police are strict instruction not to take any hasty steps based on mere wild allegations.

Hi Anand,
1. Procedure to apply for bail is same as provided in Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, read and enlighten us also.
2. Documents required for filing bail application can be questioned/advised by your lawyer, if you are interested in getting bail.
3. The Judge Presiding the Court while granting bail shall decide the amount of surety, it can not be predicted by either of the experts.
4. Did you engage a prudent lawyer to take care of your case and guide you properly? If not engaged get it immediately to avoid lodging all of you in jail.
5. Amend the way/manner of addressing the experts on this platform, "Hi""Hello" is not acceptable.
