Hello,
One of my friends is suffering from a height of mental torture.
A 29 Yrs old Lady advocate lodged an FIR for rape on her. The boy is innocent and had a friendship with her as they met on a public portal. They were friends for approx 3 months and suddenly police called him and charging him for the crime.
He was helpless and was struggling to come out of this situation. Best part happened for him that he came to know that this same lady advocate is habitual of grabbing young guys in false cases. She earlier also logged a false rape case with one innocent person few years back. Finally the accused was acquitted as the lady herself didn’t support her case and turned hostile after getting her ulterior motive fulfilled.
Due to this old case the Boy got the bail from session court. More painful was to know that the Police officers and the police station were the same where she made her earlier complain and the current one also.
The police had filed the charge sheet against the boy. There is nothing relevant that can prove anything, but still the case is open. This is a time, money consuming process and also the harassment is more painful. Please suggest your expert advice and material that can help him to overcome this situation. Please also let us know the different SC or HC ruling/judgments to support such cases.
Regards,
Bala

Ask your friend to show case the earlier same type of cases before the court to establish the frivolity of the allegations.
Once he get the bail ask him to go for quashing. The similar cases filed by her so far would of great help to him.

Make google search , there must be plenty of it.
Are you an advocate? If no then it is the headache of your lawyer, not yours.
