Q)in domestic voilence case court order maintenace.after 2 months we didnt get certify copy of maintenance. now our lawyer is saying there is no written order done by judge. we had deposited amount also. what shd we do

Q)my wife was also present in the court i gave money to my lawyer and he handed to my wife"s lawyer and he gave it to my wife. i even ask the judge that i havent got certify copy but my lawyer interupt me saying it is contempt of court if i ask judge directly

Again ask this question to your lawyer, how he had spoken the language at that time and why he has forced you to deposit the amount in the name of maintenance when there had not been any order to that effect.

Anyway, this is not a negative on your part rather it shall be treated a positive step an court shall also take a lenient view about you in future.
