Q)how much fee is charged by the mediation center of supreme court? i have heard that there is no fee. but mediator asked me that do you know about fee of mediation . if yes does fees is borne by husband alone or both husband and wife.

There is not much fee but the court may ask you to deposit money for the purpose of travel of your wife which may be upto rs 50,000/-.

Q)wife approach in supreme court for transfer of case. where during hearing justice refer matter to mediation center. if husband has monthly income of merely 17000/month. wat law says husband has to borrow money?

no, the court never said to husband that beg, borrow, or steal the money and give the maintenance to wife.(Recently Court held)

Both the parties have equal legal right to file the petition for divorce.
