dear expert,
i have a client who separated with is wife and his wife filed dv and 125 under crpc cases for maintenance now out of the court settlement has been done that my cilent should give rs 5 lakh and all her stridhan with in one month so that she will withdraw all her cases against my client also she will file mutual consent divorce petition for now question is this we want do reduce in writing all terms and condition of the settlement so which document i can make for them as out of the 5 lakh one lakh rs we have already paid to her out of the court and remaining my client will pay after one month

what ever is depend upon mutual consent can not cover by the court!so you can file consent draft before the court but court is not legally bound to both.
