I would like to form a PRIVATE FAMILY TRUST and want to purchase a commercial office premises in the name of trust.
That office shall belong to my family trust in which my minor son would be the beneficiary.
That office premises would be used by me for my business purpose.
Can i do so by forming a Family Trust ?
What is the procedure to form the trust ?
Can i sell off the property in future by me being a trustee or a settlor ?
