Father dont want to give property to step brother

Hello sir,
Due to personal Reason my father dont want to give his self aquire property to his son,my step brother.
Plz tell me the way so my step brother can not any claim in my father self aquire property.

If father has self acquired and does not want to give it to your step brother,he can gift it by a registered deed to one he wants to give or he can make a WILL (preferably a registered one).Gift shall make donee owner instantly while will shall come to operate after father's death.
