i am in immediate need of suggestion about a dispute
details are as under
i was building a wall on my neighbors side on my own land but they are not allowing me to increase its height as its on my own land i have right to choose the height but they are interfering on the basis of saying it will decrease the light towards their height in this regard they said if i will increase the height they will shed blood and said its open fearce(threatening) and had called a bunch of people to attack us and my father is a retired gazetted offer even he was abused

lodge police complaint against your neighbour if he has threatened you . as fr as height of the wall is concerned it should be as muncipal corporation guidelines . take permission from corporation and then go ahead .
