Why Federal Hsg society by laws are not openly available on net like CHS by laws, or
Society not circulating to all house owners by g mail?
2)Whether these by laws are same to all states?
3)Whether some clauses can be added or modified by Apex society
by resolution like adding additional directors (maybe secondary) or sub committee
to look after maintenance functions n make suggestions.

A Co-operative Housing Society is a non-profit organization that anybody can join. A federal society can be of the same class or category or a significant community affiliated with primary cultures of the same type or category.
According to Section 2(13) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, a “Federal society” is owned by the Maharashtra government.
In a federal society, voting rights are thus restricted, and members of communities have at least four-fifths of the total votes in a society’s general meeting.
A Co-operative Housing Society is a non-profit organization that anybody can join. These cooperatives are based on the ideas of self-help and self-reliance.
The representative or office bearer of the housing cooperative is elected democratically through a fair election procedure.
Housing societies are registered as separate legal bodies under the Cooperative Societies Act. Registered housing cooperatives become legal when they comply with local or national regulations.
Every housing society with limited liability registered under the Cooperative Society Act 1912 will have the word little as the last word in its reserved name.
You can apply for bylaws of the federal housing society from the registrar of cooperative societies, if need be.

Not at all resolved. Now I am Apex member. In our by laws many things are not mentioned. (Federal by laws given to us are not comprehensive/detailed)
1) Whether Apex has to get approval for capital expenditure on common facilities, like solar power, borewells & RWH, Gym equipments etc
2) Whether AGM should be meeting between Apex members only or Apex members & Flat Societies Mgtment committee members. AGM was conducted between APEX members only to which Society MC members have objected (They should have also be allowed to attend the meeting).
if anybody can clarify on these points?
