Female's property who will inherit?

A Hindu female dies and leaves behind husband and two daughters. She has some immovable propertis like flat etc. who will get those properties?

The husband as well as both the daughters are her legal heirs. Therefore all the three of them will inherit in equal share, the property left behind by the hindu female.

Expert R.Ramachandran is right. the succession of a hindu female dying intestate without leaving a WILL is governed by sections 15 &16 of HSA.IN instant case each one of husband and daughters being three in number will inherit 1/3 each.
