My husband file (i think under section 9 restitution of conjugal rights) case 3yr ago with my wrong address and 6 month ago when i know this my lawyer add a application for a maintenance case( for my child).Now he withdraw the case and file a divorce case.
My question is what should i do now?
Can i apply a maintenance application in divorce case?
Can i apply for section 9 case?
Please helppppp me.
I'm fighting case for 3 year for my child maintenance.

On what reason Restitution of Conjugal Rights case was withdrawn?
Did you receive the notices in the divorce case?
You can file a maintenance petition in the divorce case.
What are the averments of your counter in the Divorce case. Without knowing them we cannot suggest.
And also you should give the clarity of your intentions.

1: he give a reason that She(I) don't want to live with me.
2:Not yet but he fill it.Soon i get the notification
3:I already file a case of 125 & DV for maintenance.It almost 3 year i don't get the maintenance of my child.
4:Don't know yet.
I don't know what to do it's almost 3 year I'm not able to get maintenance of my child.He enter wrong address of my house in case (Restitution of Conjugal) and also he entering wrong income and etc.
Don't know what to do?
I don't want to give him divorce easily he spool my and my child life.He is also not giving any support to me or for my child.Only i know how i handle my financial situation.PLease help me

To get the maintenance, you have to show and prove your husband's income if he gives a wrong income the court otherwise court will decide the maintenance amount depending on the material on record.
Better to followup your retained lawyer to speed up your case.
