Ms. Gunjan Singh,

Very odd and strange question, as if you need answer to an academic question!

So, if a real problem, would you prefer to compromise your position to live separately from your husband merely by knowing your rights to get financial assistance from your husband for raising your two kids, instead of making all out efforts to get tight place for you and your kids in the family?

However, if satisfied so, you may engage one local lawyer to prepare and file a case from your side for claiming maintenance for you and your kids.

It is believed that you are Hindu.
Your husband can not marry without divorce.

You may approach a very able counsel specializing in family/civil matters at your location and press your rights.

You can file complaints of domestic violence cruelty etc.

Can claim maintenance.

File complaint against him for bigamy if he start living with her.

Certainly, you and the children are entitled for maintenance. There are remedies available depending upon the facts and circumstances and the status of your husband and the lady in question.
