Iam a student nd ,in want of part time job so i take a look in olx for a job ,i have found 1 job , i applyed to that job after few day i received a call and they asked mi my adhar card nd my 12th marksheet so i send them through email ....muje ye email diya or bole ki ye email me snd karo (alisha7624099591@gmail.com)...after i send them my documents they said that there will be online exam if 1 score about 70 my payment will be ₹28500 nd if i fail then they said ..to paiy ₹4500 as a penalty ..so i agreed ...they send mi one aggrement ..waha likhe tha ki ..if you fail .will have to pay ₹4500( i thought from my 1st payment) .... .so i aggred afer attending exam i thought i may pass in exam because questions were asked about computers nd iam bcca student ..but result they giv was soo poor ..only 33marks ..i dont believe because i know i have given my best anyway after that they call mi nd say that u have failed in exam nd have to paid 4500₹.......if u not pay .. court me case dalenge bole or .gujrat ana padenga case lagne ..so thats why iam in trouble plzzz help mi

You can find lots of website providing jobs online like naukri.com, indeed.com and others you can also refer newspapers apart from that you can appear for govt and bank jobs. I dont understand why students and parents are running behind private placement which are fraud. They are offering handwriting jobs (writing books in handwriting), typing jobs and candidates cant manage to work in their high criteria (?).
Anyway go and file police case that instead of providing jobs they are threatening you. And let them file case they cant do anything. Explain everything to police they will definitely take action.
Beware of private placement agency they are fraud.

Such kind of cheats are in abundance. You need not to worry about them. Do not deposit any money in their account. You should have applied a bit of mind to this, no company would impose such a penalty upon a person who is yet to be employed with it. Ask them that you have reported the matter to the police and in case they keep on harassing you then the said company will face criminal action.
In fact, they are just trying to make fool of you. Indian Laws do not permit such kind of speculations. If you are too worried then you may give a complaint to the police along with details. Seek help of some local lawyer. Rest assured the said company will not go to any court. Most likely no such company or firm would be in existence.

Do not deposit any money. On telephonic call, record the same and their threatening and lodge complaint with the police.

Check with OLX if the said email id is issued by OLX or it is some private email id of some private individual.
Write to M/s OLX and mention the demand of monies being made to you.
You are likely to get a reply from the corporate.

In any case what are the investments and or losses suffered by said person being said email id for which a penalty is thought of levied?
Record all calls and in future apply direct to company and interact direct with company.
Beware of fraudsters that loiter at online portals…….to allure unsuspecting candidates and extract monies …!

Consult local career counsellor before taking any decision especially for paying any money.
