Filing a case in high court u/s 482 cr.p.c

Dear Sir,
If the accused is on bail and his case is pending before session court, Then can, he file case in High Court for Quashing the FIR u/s 482 Cr.P.C.

Yes, he can. However, the High Court allows such petitions in exceptional cases.

Quashing petition of a case pending before Sessions Court can be moved by the accused under section 482 Cr PC through your lawyer.
