Filing fir after raid

Hospital Dispensary was raided by FDA ,in month of Nov 2014.The order was verbal from collector.Hospital has right to dispense the drugs ,and open shop is not allowed. There was no open shop and drugs were dispensed by doctor.Till this date no FIR has been lodged.What is the time period in general from raid of premises to lodging FIR? Can I ask for compensation of drugs seized by FDA as there has been no FIR? If authority search and seize the drugs ,is it their right only to seize and not to take any further action?Who will be decide whether the raid was legal or illegal??

Ask the status of case from FDA via RTI. Undoubtedly action shall be taken by the authorities, who are taking undue time to proceed further.
You may file an application before area magistrate (if FIR has been registered) otherwise before the Collector for taking back possession of confiscated goods/drugs on superdari.
Contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for further guidance, advise and proceeding.
