Filing of additional documents

Pls tell me the ground on which filing of additional documents by opposite party at the stage of cross examination can be opposed???

Without amendment of pleading, no additional document can be referred.

you cna object on ground that stage for filing affidavit of cdocuments has gone . issues have been framed and affidavit of examination in chief filed . if at stage of cross additional documents are allowed it would open a pandora box

without proper application no additional documents can be filed by OP.

If an application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC seeking amendment in pleadings or an application seeking additional evidence has been allowed then there is no cause of action to oppose such tendering of documents on file.
