Filing of appeal

first RTI was filed in October by me,followed by a letter asking for clarification from the authorities ,can i pursue the same RTI in appeal now?

You shall have to file an application seeking condonation of delay stating therein the reason of moving clarification application and so on. You can file apeal accordingly stating full sequence of the events.

actually,in the act there is no provision for delay condonations,in view of the ongoing correspondence with authorities on the subject,subsequent to your original rti applications,you may make a First appeal now,provided there is not much delay from your last communication with them.

with in time if you not get answer through rti mean you can move to appeal..
