Respected Sir,
Dowry and Domestic Violence cases be filed after filing Divorce case by wife itself.
Can a Quash petion be filed in High Court and get the false dowry case and also false domestic Violence case be dismissed. What is the procedure?
Does criminal proof (public offence) against the wife is helpful in Dowry and Domestic Violence cases.

yes no bar for filing dowry and DV case .
you are at liberty to file petition under section 482 to quash 498 A case.
if false 498A case has been filed you pught to apply for anticpatory bail

dear author , i reply to u presumming u to be a lawyer, legal Question of dowry and domestic voilence would have been discussed in the divorce proceedings, where the ground for divorce is related to dowry in divorce proceedings, quash petition in high court for quashing the dowry case is possible, and where domestic voilence issue is related to the dowry proceedings , quash petition is maintainable . however if the divorce proceedings have been adjudicated without touching the dowry and domestic voilence angle ,then i can reply only with the aid of the facts of ur case . u can contact me for legal advise on my cell no 9486018697

Quash happens on legal grounds only. Just because cases were filed after filing of divorce is no ground for quashing, nor solely that it is false is any ground for quashing.
You need to sit with some competent person with your FIR to see the logical grounds for quashing is made out.
