I need help to find right civil lawyer in Nellore. I was told that most of the lawyers in neloore make deals with other party and make us lose the case. Anyone one good lawyers in Nellore and how to make sure the work honestly ?

You made a defamatory and uncalled for bad comment on Nellore lawyer fraternity which is objectionable.
May be in one stray case, your allegation would have happened and with this in view you are blaming the legal fraternity of Nellore.
You are free to choose a lawyer from anywhere in India who is registered with Bar council of India.
You are hereby advised to withdraw your comment on Nellore Lawyers.
As you know Lawyer professional is the oldest dignified profession which has also been perlocated from National and international leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Pt Jawharlal Nehru and American past presidents.

Dr. Vedula Gopinath, I'm not trying to insult anyone. Now a days money had over taken morals in most of the professions. I was told about this by few friends when I was personally enquiring. I do agree there are good lawyers and I just want some references to find them. I don't want to end up with a lawyer who puts me into extra trouble..I'm already into deep troubles by trusting people.

You have to make personal efforts by visiting court premises and inquiring.
You can engage lawyer from out side of Nellore.

No lawyer makes deals. This is all hearsay. Be careful when your lawyer asks you to sign something and alert him about this issue. Lawyer is just an agent and principal can revoke his power anytime. Making deals is illegal as per bar council regulations. A lawyer from outside can also file a case in Nellore. For example, I am in Hyderabad. I can file a case in Nellore and come down for arguments and cross examination. Rest of the documentary work can be done by you.
