R/ sir My client was attacked by criminals he was fired with gun and was injured, also his family members were beaten up . Home was ransacked . The police got signatures on blank papers and converted it as statement u/s161 crpc and REGISTERED FIR u/s 341 and 323ipc . Now my client wants the acutal facts be added and proper sections be inserted in FIR but police is refusing and threatening my client and pressurzing my client. can i take courts intervention to alter the fir. if yes under what provision? and before whom? kindly suggest

yes, you have right to interfare in this matter, first of all you should send an application in this regard to Higher authorities of police if they are also not take any action then you can file an application u/s 156 (3) Cr.PC before the court to registered the case in applicable section according to circumstances. If the police personal threatening to you it is possible that police can file a final Report against you and in accused favour, for this you should filed a protest petition before the court.
