Fir filed by rto for making two invoice of consignment

RTO detained two truck of company moving b/w two unit of same company carrying semi-raw material to another unit for producing finish goods of cement and detain trucks into Police Station and filed FIR in P. Station in above matter u/s 468,417.471,120B. CR,Mis.App. filed Before H.C . H.C stay granted but later company withdraw case. Bail u/s 438 applied before Session Judge and same granted to all accused.Police demanded remand of all accuses after taking statement but denied by trial Court.Now Police filed C.Sheet u/s173 (2) blaming that fraud done by company by evading tax of govt.Our advocate pleaded it is case of overloading of goods. I am legal adviser of this company. When went to RTO office to released trucks all the document supplied by Logistic company to RTO. RTO had mention me in his FIR as unknown person. Kindly provide valuable tips to get me out of this case and matter be dismissed. I can move an discharge application.

Strange to know that legal adviser has been dragged in the matter.
you may move discharge application or otherwise go in quashing before HC in individual capacity....but it all depends upon facts and circumstances of the case.

Actually some politician wanted money from my company but our company denied to give them. So,they with the help of DYSP of ----- Police Station they wanted to put some fake case against company.So, with the help of R.T.O they filed F.I.R & detained all the loaded truck of semi-finished goods and demanded money to settle the case. This is scenario of our Indian Largest Democracy of world.All the bureaucrats demand money for doing job of company. No money, No work. Jai Singh
