1) First Bail application reject & accused files a second bail application then my question here is during the rejection of the first bail application & filing of the second bail application accused will be arrested by the police or he/she will be granted automatically interim bail. What to do u in this difference between rejection of the bail & filing of the second bail petition.

You seem to be a student only as your question does not make any sense. Put your query in a meaningful manner.

Mr. Abhishek (JI) Thanks for aleast helping me.
My query is
The first bail filed & rejected & second bail filed but the answer not yet given by the judge till that time the accused should be in which custody.
Eg: First bail filled on 1/1/2011 but the court rejected the bail application on 30/5/2011 . That the can not be granted to the accused. So the period form 1/1/2011 to 30/5/2011 the accused should be in which custody?
1/6/2011 second bail filled & discussion not yet came than till the discussion comes the accused should be in which custody.
There bail means AB (anticipatory bail).
In the above mentioned period can we file a for a interim bail till the AB is not executed by the concerned judge & the court. Can 2 bail petition in the same court be heard.
