My family applied for FIR quash in HC.
Till the time of HC order ChargeSheet submitted in trial court. What is the chances of FIR quash after Chargesheet submitted in court?

You made a premature application. You should have waited till submission of charge sheet.
Now take liberty of court to amend your prayer for quashing of charge sheet.
