It is a one side process and no such permission from complainant is either justified or practical.

IN CASE ANY CRIMINAL COMPLAINT IS FILED AGAINST ANY ACCUSED.HE CAN FILE A PETITION TO THE HIGH COURT FOR QUASHING THE SAID FALSE COMPLAINT UNDER SEC.482 OF CRPC.AS THE COMPLAINENT IS ALWAYS A STATE AND HENCE THE OTHER SIDE WILL BE STATE WHO WILL OPPOSE THE SAID PETITION.
BUT IN CASE OF PRIVATE COMPLAINT THE OTHER SIDE WILL BE COMPLAINENT.PLEASE NOTE.
THE COMPLAINENT CAN OPPOSE THE PETITION WITH THE HELP OF LEGAL EXPERTS.PLEASE NOTE.
GOOD LUCK.
