Here firm PAN is different and personal PAN number is different. In case of filing IT returns for the firm, you have to use firm PAN Number and also in case of your personal filing of IT returns, you should have to mention your personal PAN number. Even though you are earning money through the firm, you have to file two IT returns and mention two PAN numbers,in case of individual filings.

Return of firm would be with firm PAN.
Your return after clubbing income from service and business would be with your individual PAN.

The profit earned by the firm - the firm has to file return with firm's PAN number. The share of profit earned by you, as partner of the firm has to be clubbed with your other income and file a return in individual with your PAN Number.
Expert Mr.Rajendra Goyal also advised the same. I only elaborated it.
