Fitness certificate for SC

I m party in person at High court and wants to challenge one order by high court so how can I get fitness certificate from High Court to appeal at Supreme Court

Even without the fitness certificate you can file SLP.

your direction definitely help me, please guide what is time limitation to file SLP without fitness certificate if matter heard in 31.03.16 and order released on 29.04.16

Subsequent to the order dated 29.04.2016, the high courts and supreme court is on vacation, hence you may prepare SLP and plan to file it after vacation, it may be within the limitation, if you are worried about that aspect.
