Flat maintenance committee

Dear Sir,

I am a Flat owner of Tata Housing, Boisar, Thane, Maharashtra. Being a member of the society, I asked to Tata Housing for the members list of the society along with their contact nos. Tata Housing informed me that it is a confidential list and can not be sent . May I ask you to kindly inform me the respective provosions of law under which I can press them for the list.

is cooperative society formed? then list of members would be displayed on the notice board of the various buildings in the society

You can not force private company to supply information, RTI not applicable on them.
