1.Can you please let us know what are the points needs to consider while keeping tenant at the flat.

2.Please provide rental aggreement paper document.

In a lease deed or leave license agreement the Land lord should ensure that apart from mentioning the amount of rent, security deposit, period of the lease, termination of the lease etc, has to provide for right of entry into the premises for inspection, carry out the repairs etc. Better get the deed drafted by an advocate to avoid future problems.
