Flipkart is not replacing my product

Flipkart is not allowing a replacement product and continuously wasting times
I have placed replacement request for Hindware water purifier on 9th Oct & they have rejected it & re-initiated on 28th Oct all over again for wasting time
Already raised the issue at central Consumer Forum but they are as usual not taken any action

So, how to headed for consumer court at Kolkata? What is the procedure for it, cost and can it be done online? Pls share thorough details

You may send a legal notice and if so required, approach the consumer forum.

Flipkart is liable to replace product only when there exists defect in product else not.you have posted incomplete facts so on given facts no firm opinion can be expressed.

Yes. If the product is defective, file a case against that company in District Consumer Forum.

Flipcart is a reliable online supplier of high standards. They don’t reject any complaint without valid reasons.

If you file a consumer case liable to be considered by the district level forum at the national level, the national forum will not pay attention to it.

Whether you have already filed complaint before competent Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ? If so, what is the proceeding ?

Thanks for your support..yes I have raised complaint in the central consumer forum and it's under processed..replacement request is a genuine one as water purifier had manufacturing issue and their technician has verified it
