Hi.
I am ashamed of this act. I was talking to a friend whom I thought is divorce. After talked for few days and then we decided to meet in a club. I told her to wear a good dress and we will have some romantic dinner and some other adult talks but not sex chat..we have not even exchanged nude photos. But i cancelled the meeting in club as i was not feeling something fishy .Then I get a call from her and i think her husband called.me saying "oye u will take her to club" I disconnected and blocked the number. I am.NRI so they can't call at my international number. I am afraid that her husband can put section 479 or 478 on me.. I repeat i didn't met her nor send her nude pic. I cancelled the plan of meeting. I am.leaving India in 10 days and I don't want to have adultery case upon me. Can her husband can sue me under adultery..

Photos are just selfies..she send two wearing full clothes.... I have not send her any pictures. All the adult chat was -- u r looking beautiful in your picture.... we will go to club and dance romantically...... and we will.have romantic dinner after dancing...... I have not invited her to sleep or spend time with me in private or did not tell her 'i love u'
I didn't knew that in India simple flirting without use of sexual organs can be adultery
