HI MY SELF SONU YADAV FROM GURGAON HARYANA WORKING IN IRCTC NEW DELHI AS A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE I WANT TO TAKE A ARMS LICENCE FOR SELF DEFENCE SO I APPLY FOR GETTING A NOC FROM OUR DEPARTMENT BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE NOC TO ME AND NOT GIVE SUFFICENT REASON FOR THAT SO PLS TELL ME WHAT I DO FOR THAT SITUATION

You have created unusual situation which deptt is not able to deal.
There is absolutely no provision under which govt employee is required to take NOC for Arms License. You need to give intimation of purchase of firearm, on prescribed proforma, within one month giving sources of finance.
Please check if your company CDA rules are different.
