Wife may continue to use her maiden name if she has not changed it officially after marriage, if wife has changed her name after marriage and also changed her name in official document such as Aadhar card. Can wife legally change her maiden name after marriage which is officially updated on official documents

Change of name by any person is the sweet will of that person , anytime the person can change it and inform the department concerned of the change as and when required.
Marriage or no marriage is no criteria of name change as no law forcing any woman to do so it's her own sweet will.

If you change your name after marriage and add husbands name after your name, then again changing it because marriage did not work makes no sense. Make marriage work. Getting name change is big headache, you can as well adjust with husband than changing name.

But I heard that after marriage wife need required documents for changing her name such as divorce later or husband NOC,
