For information about lien of service

Respected sir, I am Ram chandra Solanki employed in Border security force since Jan 2008 and now I recently selected in SPS University under State Govt (Automonus body). Sir, I also taken No objection certificate from my parent department with the request to give me lien option, but due to lack of knowledge as well as very short time to join new job, they relieve me without lien facility. Hence, I want to taken lien facility from my parent department and now applied for this.
It is therefore, requested to suggest me it can be possible or not. Lien can be given by my previious deptt or not.

My parent deparment was done some correction in my resignation application and taken my signature on my application. It is requested to suggest me in this regard to obtain lien facility from my previous department.

What the correction was done in the resignation request and whether the lien request was part of your final application? What are your service rule in the matter whether it allows service switch from center to state govt. ?

Sir, I want to know that an central govt servant applied in state autonomous body and he is selected for same post with retention of lien period of two years as well as with pay protection benifits. After confirmation his pay reduced/fixed on minimum of the pay as per state govt rules. His lien period can be extended for thrird year after confirmation or not. Becoz individual also given written condition of pay protection during the time of joining, but his pay was protected only for probation period (probation period) and after that individual facing great financial losses due to wrong commitment by autonomous body and In this regards, he suit a civil writ in honble high court, which in his prayer that his pay can be protected or abide this his lien period can be extended for third year, so that an option for reversion in parent department can be secured. At this stage autonomous body confirmed his services with reducing of his pay. Sir please intimate/guide us that at this situation his lien period can be extended for third year or pay benifits can be given through honble high court.
Please give us guidline according to justice or the case as may be, which was decided earlier in honble high court.
