for legal advice on forgey by an advocate

sir
one advocate cheated me.
that advocate is a senior and influenced fellow, so to file a complaint iam getting fear . he know very well all in court and police.

If you pluck some courage then file complaint in the concerned Bar Council.

but you should have evidence mere complaint is not sufficient , it may boomrang.

you may complain the matter to the Bar council...if you have proper evidence to prove his guilt for a particular offence then you may file a Criminal Complaint in the court itself.
