For maintanance and property

iam a mareid women and i had married in 1996. after 7years of marreis i knew about my husbands cheating because he had in relationship with another lady and from that time my husband was ignoring me and he leave me alone in my parents house.i have a son also he is 14 year old and i am bearing of total maitance of my son. in this situation what to i do?

do you want divorce or only maintenance .

consult a local lawyer .
you can always file for maintenance for your self and your son . your husband is bound to maintain you . in addition you can also seek right to stay in shared household under DV act

He is bound to provide maintainance for your son and also for you if you are not earning sufficiently. If you want divorce then you will have to prove the grounds in the court.

So DV case is enough.

You can get divorce with maintenance and just maintenance with right to residence as you prefer. Better to settle the life.
