Dear Sir,
two year ago my brother have afair with one girl. he often used to see her to her home at that time girl was minor. In between they make sexual relation but her perites find her with brother. on that time they force us for marriage other wise they will file a rape case. on that time we paid 1 lac as security for marriage and write on plane paper that both will marry to each other other wise this one lac will be laps now the situation has changed my brother not interested to marry with that girl becasue that girl have affair with another boy even her elder sister too. so they ask for same panishemnt for them as with us . so our family does'nt like they family due to this act. now they are forcing my brother to marry with her othr wise giving calls for rape case pls help me on this matter what we can do now

as per law with consent of minor girl its consider as a rape, if the girl is ready to marry then married or the girl give the statement unwilling of marriage,

Here you are helpless.. In your case the fate on that girl's hand.. If she wants marry your brother mean she can.. Otherwise if she or any one forwarded a complaint mean you have to face your case.. Now she is major?

but sir what we can do now even my brother not interested to marry that girl due to her act with another boy. now that girl is major and my brother told her and her father regarding no willingness of marriage.

If u have proof of the lose morals of the girl and her family u may decide to refute ur obligation to marry her. But the risk of you brother facing the rape charges is not remote. your brother may have to face the chraqges and defend on grounds of the girl being of lose character and habitually does sex acts with many.

it is such a highly belate stage of making the complaint with the alleged allegation as stated and no one will believe the same since the facts are that u waited up to two years forlodging the complaint.
