ramsumer take indira avas that was made by the government scheme forcely. after complai n enquiry has been held by gram vikas vibhag and written that mr. ramsumer is guilty. other complain was submit to the police but does not launche f.i.r. i want to know that if the incident was hapen then f.i.r. should be launch or not?

About your query, "i want to know that if the incident was hapen then f.i.r. should be launch or not", come with your query only if the incident actually happens and that becomes your own problem. For the time being, as per your profile, solve all typs of contract problems of others.
