I have a query that if an american LLC being sold to an Indian buyer;
1. What are the legal documents required to be drafted?
2.What are the names of authorities in India and what laws are applicable under it?
3.What are names of the forms and where it is to be filed?
4.What other procedures are to be laid down?

Dear Dhingra Sir,
One of my friend was in touch with his friend who has been running an LLC in US,he wanted to sell in India.He just approached me to give some suggestions regarding that and consequently I have tried getting suggestions from you all people over here.
one of the Company Secretary has sorted out my issue and the same has been delivered to the needy.

Good, if the issue is solved. But, LLC cannot be operated in India. How he proposes to run the company?
