One of my client is a small real estate company, they want to receive FDI from USA. They want to form a special vehicle company for this.
I am not familiar with the above procedures.
I tried my level best through the google.
Please guide me what is the procedure for the above.

I think your client can pay fees to the consultants.
There are numerous consultants available to handle the project. I suggest you, to give your opinion to your client to find a consultant for that or you yourself can find one consultant and introduce him to your client company.

Special Purpose Vehicle Company is nothing but an ordinary company which comes under the purview of Companies Act except special benefits to get funds for development of infrastructure facilities. 100% repatriable funding is allowed from FDI for investing in SPV Companies. The Chartered Accountant can help you more in these aspects.
